The situation
Run the website and the phones for a five-star barbershop so a customer could book without calling; then, once that held, test the owner's idea for a barber school.
A shop with a five-star reputation and a landing page that could not take a booking. Every call rang the owner's cell, mid-haircut or after hours, and a caller who got no answer called the next listing. Square already ran the back office.
A site that quotes the services and books straight into the calendar the shop already used; a phone that stops ringing in the owner's pocket; and later, a school case built on the state's own records rather than on instinct.
Keep Square and build the site into it rather than beside it. Take the shop's number off his cell. For the school, test every premise against a primary source before it entered the model, and sequence the funding by the year each channel actually opens.
A shop that books itself, with a brand on top of it; a school feasibility case that survived its own red team and named the constraint that binds first.
